Faith International University (FIU) is the new name for Faith Evangelical College & Seminary. Our traditional name, Faith Seminary, is the graduate school of FIU (8.8.2016).

This form is for folks wishing to take classes but not seeking a degree (e.g., Audit, Transfer Credit, Continuing Education).

BE ADVISED that (beyond this application form) other documentation is required to complete the admissions process (e.g. transcripts, $40 non-refundable application fee, etc.). If you submit this form, we will provide you with information pertinent to completing your entire Application for Admission.

    Faith International University publishes an Academic Catalog and Student Handbook which include the following documents: Doctrinal Statement, Biblical Code of Conduct, Academic Code of Honor, Drug & Alcohol Policy, and Payment Policy.
